AN INVITATION TO BE SAVED

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

PROBLEM - SIN

"For  all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God " ( Romans 3:23)

PENALTY - DEATH

"For the wages of sin is death."  (Romans 6:23)
"And Death and Hell were cast into the lake of fire.  This is the second death"
(Revelation 20:14)

PROVISION - SUBSTITUTION

"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
(Romans 5:8)

PROMISE - SALVATION

"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."  (Romans 10:13)

PRAYER - CALL

Dear Lord, I realize I am a lost sinner.  Please forgive my sins.  I now by faith alone receive you, Jesus, as my personal Savior.  Thank you, Lord, for saving me as you promised.
Amen!!!!!

PERMANENCE - SECURITY

"And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand"
(John 10:28)

PROFESSION - IDENTIFICATION

"For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation"
(Romans 10:10)

PROGRESS - CHURCH

"Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is"
(Hebrews 10:25)

PURPOSE - SERVICE

"For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before 
ordained that we should walk in them"  (Ephesians 2:10)
